You can easily cheese Queen Slime using Yoyos since it does good damage and stays a safe distance between you and the boss, combined with Flasks of Ichor, Inferno Potion, and of course Master Yoyo Bag, it's a breeze, kinda like Skeletron Prime and The Twins.
