Medium demons: coaster mountain and plunder
Hard demons: crazy1 and nine circles
Insane demons: tombstone project
Extreme: farthest outpost

if you get one extreme, you are immediately teleported to the top. ametonian used to be there, but when i found out you beat fathest outpost, you got there because they didn't beat any extremes yet.
