Their Communistic convicitons don't mesh well with the intent of the Constitition so they ignore it at will and use it for protection if needed. They like to throw around words like Constitution and Democracy to sound all benevolent but they are nothing but lying Communists. Like the Little Pinks. Fits well with the Commie Pinko moniker.
