Becky Construde was born in 1942, into a wealthy and influential family with deep ties to the military-industrial complex. From a young age, she was groomed for leadership, her sharp intellect and ruthless ambition evident even in her formative years.

JFK's Death in 1963 proved to be a pivotal moment for Becky. Sensing an opportunity to seize control and reshape the world to her liking, she founded the Special Crimes Department (SCD), a clandestine organization ostensibly dedicated to combating high-level criminal threats. In reality, the SCD served as Becky's personal army, a tool for her to wield in pursuit of her own agenda.

Behind her façade of charm and charisma, Becky concealed a very dark and violent nature. Unbeknownst to the public and even many within her own organization, she orchestrated a series of heinous war crimes and massacres, eliminating anyone who stood in her way with ruthless efficiency.

Becky is easily worse than the Red Kobra themselves. she is pure evil. a terrible woman. she's why MS Katson is a terrorist. she was responsible for the death of Walt Katson(ms katsons father) as well, a good member of the SAS who was killed by Becky's sick and F*cked up SCD Palace guards. she takes sexual pleasure in murdering innocent people. a purely sick being.
