I almost cried when I watched that scene in Breaking Bad. Walter's biggest mistake was trusting Jesse, Jesse's biggest mistake was NOT trusting Walter.

I had a feeling that Walt was done for when he killed Mike. Mike had all the knowledge of committing crimes the right way, Without him Walt was gonna get caught sooner or later.
