We still got a long while before it actually could doom us if we control it well. Also, unlike humans, ai follows whatever it’s told to do, meaning if we program it right, it won’t commit a terminator.
And maybe Elon musks neuralink will keep humans in par with AI when it reaches AGI or further, idk
Though I will say… AI will eventually replace all human jobs in the future unless we put a full stop to it…
