yeah well I think that if you want him to be nice to you, you should start by being nice to him... I have a brother that isn't always the nicest but I still love him and want to hang out with him a lot. Maybe if you're nice to your brother he'll be a bit nicer to you. Just my opinion

I am usallly nice to him but when he gets on my nerves I get mean.

as long as you try to be nice to him that's good. I started practicing being nicer to my siblings(even if they don't seem to deserve it) and they usually start to be a little nicer too! It takes time tho
