I've been invited to parties before. Plus- if anything were to cause that much damage around the eastern part of Florida, it'd be a car crashing into a giant fireworks store off US1.
So unless there was a bunch of explosives (which i highly doubt there would be at a party), it would most likely be a meth lab explosion.
