Heat from climate change will affect the poles more than places near the equator and tropics.
While this will lead to rising sea levels, this can easily be mitigated. The Netherlands was built on land that can sometimes be BELOW sea level. Almost all of it is able to support infrastructure that can withstand a flood that might come only once in every ten thousand years.
