I know this because I have type 1 diabetes, but I do often feel dizzy when I get a low blood sugar as well

I don’t have diabetes as far as I’m aware of, since I rarely eat anything sugary, if at all.

Like type 1 I understand comes from the body not being able to make insulin but that’s not the issue if I barely eat it
