I own some small streams and want to know when someone follows them without getting 70 notifications from bigger streams

Hey user! Are you aware of that there already is a setting for this?

I know, but this toggles it for all streams at once. I’m suggesting that it toggles the function for individual streams. (For example: I get a notification when someone follows International, repost_chains or chucknorrisjokes, but not if someone follows dark_humour)
