I hate tone tags so much oml.
There's a reason we type and write with a different cadence than grammatically correct and formal English. People claim you can't show sarcasm through text but you absolutely can??
I'm fine with some of them but most of them are entirely unnecessary and just annoy me-- it makes me feel like they don't trust me enough to have the reading comprehension to understand that they're joking around, not being an asshole.
It also sounds like a tiktok thing and honestly I legit cannot stand tiktok culture and mannerisms.

But I learned all these from Quotev

It's useful when I'm yelling at my friends playfully like this so he knows I'm not actually mad
/j, /hj, /p, /lh, and /nm are very useful

I get it, the only reason I use /j is when I say something that's supposed to be sarcastic but doesn't sound like it
I also use /hj sometimes EG: I have drugs in my house /hj

i love making my friends worry by saying something really out of pocket like "i'm about to murber someone istg /hj" and they all go "what do mean half joking-"

I mean like, I have legal drugs like ADHD meds
