Hell is overpopulated, so angels come down once a year to purge the sinners. Princess of Hell, Charlie, doesn't like the slaughter of her people, and suggests an alternative, where the rehabilitate sinners in order to send them to heaven. The show covers them trying to improve the hotel residents and prove that people can get better.
