1. how have you not read about any SCPs? I’m pretty sure everyone here has read at least one of the famous ones (Some of the most famous SCPs are: 096, 173, 049, 106). I’m not trying to sound rude, I’m genuinely surprised.
2. I understand why you wouldn’t look up 1471 given what google does when you do look it up, but instead of going to images, maybe read the article. Trust me, the official scp file is nothing bad. If you don’t want to do that one, reading the first four I mentioned will give you a taste of what the SCP universe is like.
A good read is SCP 5000, it’ll be confusing without reading some of the other scps first, but when an SCP is mentioned in a story or other article, it will take you to that SCP’s article, SCP 5000 will mention a lot of other SCPs and even a few of the stories. Some SCPs like 001 have multiple SCP entries competing for that entry, I think the most famous SCP-001 is scarlet king, but idk.
