Finally there's SOMEONE that knows about this. I think in Middle School, teachers always have to gain higher expectations for their students. So not only do they assign more work and grade more harshly but they also think all this pressure and excessive rigor helps students. It really doesn't help students at all. All it does is stress them even more and give them another reason to worry about life. Why am I yapping about this? Because I'm going through that right now
