Ozzie is actually Pansexual and has a "where there's a hole,there's a goal" mentality
Ozzie doesn't know how but he's still immortal,his theory is The Big Man Upstairs forgot to strip him of his powers because the form you see in the picrew is his weakened cherub form,he can keep this form for around 2 hours and can change back into his human form at will
