Smite V on an netherite axe is absolutely a MUST have.
It one-hit all annoying mobs (zombie, skeleton, even PHANTOMS) while letting you put all enchants you use on your sword, plus you can still put efficiency V, unbreaking III and Mending on your axe to use it for... wood ig ?
