Chapter 3 public enemy

Violet stares at the man who has just appeared.
Violet: how do you know my name...?
???: huh. You got hit in the head or something. Then let me remind me who I am.
The man slashes at Violet, who blocks
Saike: names saike. An old acquaintance of yours.
Eren struggles to get up in the background as saike continues to fight Violet in the background
Eren: careful and don't hurt her!
Saike: I won't. At least not that much...
The fight continues on as violet seems to be fighting like herself again. As she continues slashing, she remembers who she's fighting for, what her purpose is, what was taken from her. She dashes off and falls back into her human form.
Violet: ugh... Saike? Eren?
Saike. Yeah it's me.
He turns to Eren
Saike: and you're Eren?
Eren: okay how do you know my name?
Saike: well, Ares gave me orders to kill you guys...
Eren and Violet quickly get up in a fighting stance but saike pipes then down
Saike: I'm not done yet. I'm mostly here in order to kill ares

Eren: wait... Why would you say this out loud?
Saike: what?
Violet: Ares guards are always listening... They might find out you're a traitor.
Saike: eh don't worry. We'll be fine.
Then the sirens from a nearby village blare as an announcement plays
Saike: whoops.
Ares: *from speaker* hello mortals. If you have seen a blond haired dumbass girl and a demon lady, we would love for you to try and capture or kill them. The reward will be the sparing of your home from destruction. Oh and kill that man with the weird hat too.
A citizen then started beating up his friend for having a sombrero
Ares: ...the one with the demon blood sword.
Citizens: oooooohhhhh...
Ares: that will be all. Don't fail me.
The announcement ends.
Eren: we need to get out of here.
Saike: on it.
He opens a portal to get ready but then realized something...
Saike: wait...
He closes the portal.
Saike: making a portal will cause us to be seen sooner due to it being extremely noticeable from Olympus. I guess we have to walk on foot now everyone.
Violet; wait! I forgot confetti!

Eren: ...you brought the dog to Japan?
Violet: well I couldn't just put him on the streets, could I?
Saike: alright let's go get him.
They make their way to the village trying not to be seen.
Violet: so Eren... Why did you look for me?
Eren: I... I couldn't handle it anymore. Seeing that bastard use my best friends face like it's his... It's awful. It's worse for you too since he's your husband.
Violet: yeah... I started pretending he was still there. But then it drove my into madness. Luckily I was able to jump back.
Eren:...I'm bringing back the group. It what Matt would have wanted.
Saike: you had a group? I thought it was just Violet and Matt.
They just stare at saike.
Saike: fair. Anyways this is it?
They arrived at a worn down shed and slowly open the door. There wasn't a single movement on there, but then something moves behind them. Then to the side. And then it pounces at Violet
Confetti: ARF!!
The good boy licks Violet on the cheek as she pets him.
Violet: hey confetti!
Saike: wait how was she able to take care of the dog if she was insa-
Eren: I- I don't know...

Violet picks up confetti and then Eren remembers.
Eren: oh right! You should cover your left eye.
Violet: huh? What's wrong with it.
Saike: it's glowing purple. And since there are rumors about a purple demon...
Violet: ah right.
She turns around to see confetti holding bandages in his mouth. Violet laughs
Violet: good boy!
A couple minutes pass as violet covers her eye.
Eren; alright let's go
As the stepped outside, they see Olympian guards standing in front of the house.
Saike: don't worry....I got this.
He walks up to the Olympian guards.
Saike: hey! It's okay! I've captured the mortals and will execute them soon.
Guards: we heard everything from that fight in woods
Saike: oh really? Good that saves me a lot of time!
He takes out kuroba and gets ready to fight. Violet steps back.
Saike: hm? What's wrong?
Violet: I um... I can't use any of my devil forms. I'm only using 30% right now.
Eren: oh I got this...
Violet: no no it's fine I know someone who can help... Come! Xylex!

Nothing happens.
Eren: who the hell is xyle-
Saike blocks an attack meant for Eren
Eren: Jesus!
Saike: brace yourself, you two.
Saike continues fight while having a good ol time as violet continues repeating xylex over and over.
Eren: Violet are you insane again?
Violet: I don't understand... He should be here by now...
Eren pushed Violet away from an attack and shoots the guard.
Eren: just... Stand back for a while. Okay?
Violet:... okay
Eren dashes in the join saike as he blocks an attack
Saike: took you a while.
He says killing a guard
Eren: wow how many are there?
Saike: about a couple thousand.
Eren: don't kill any of the civilians trying to attack us though.
Saike: come on, I'm not done murderous psychopath.
Eren has press B to doubt
Hours pass as they don't seem to be going anywhere. The only one that isn't tired is saike, whos having the time of his life.
Eren: oh God... How many more...
Saike: only about 5 hundred left.
Eren: ONLY?!
she the hears barking and screaming as one of the guards tries to attack Violet. Confetti tried to jump in the way to save his owner
Violet: CONFETTI NO!

But then... The guards weapon burns into ashes. Then his armor and everything on him. Eren and saike turn around to see this is happening to every single guard.
Violet: he's here!
Eren: who's here-
She looks up to see a figure floating above them. His red jacket flowing in the wind as he stares down at the battlefield
October 12, 8:49: X has arrived.
Guards: look up! Who is that?
Guards: I don't know and personally don't care! Fire at him!
They try to attack but they immediately get blasted by X.
Eren: oh that makes a lot more sense.
X floats down to violet
X: did you really just say my name over and over? You know how annoying that gets?
Violet: sorry... You weren't coming so I didn't have a choice...
X: it's fine. What happened here anyways? Where's Matt?
The sirens ring again as the announcement from Ares plays
Ares: ladies and gentlemen. A fire alien has arrived on this planet. If anyone sees them, report to me and I'll double your award if you kill him.
X: ...that voice. Don't tell me that-
Eren: Matt Kingman...
Violet: is dead...
X clenches his fist.

X: where is he...?
Eren: new Olympus, but it's not wise to fight him now -
X: MOVE!
*He blast past Eren and saike*
X:AREEEEEESSS!!!
They all stand there in silence...
Saike: well good news, x might distract them enough for me to open a portal.
He opens on and tosses them both in
Saike: welcome to he- this isn't hell...
Saike was correct. This was indeed not hell. This was the underworld.
Eren: wait... If this is the underworld then-
Fox: hey kid!
Eren rushes at the sound and hugs fox immediately
Eren: Dad!
Violet: so... This is your father?
Saike: why did my portal get rerouted here...?
Persephone: I can explain that.
Saike: where the hell did you come from?!
Persephone: I am Persephone. The wife of the God of death. I am able to change outcomes of battle, conflict, and even transportation...
Eren: so you were that time skip?
Fox: actually we don't know who did that...

Persephone: and we're not sure if we can even track them down.
Eren: hm... I see...
Violet is having a lovely conversation with Fox about Matt as saike is trying to portal out
Persephone: sorry saike. You're staying here for now. This is the only safe place from Ares rule.
Saike: ...fine.
Fox: let's take cover for now and come up with a plan. Alright?
Saike: fine
Violet: oh sure
Eren: let's do it.
Persephone laughs at them all
Persephone: my my, the eagerness of youth.
Meanwhile, Ares just finished one of his messages as a woman appears.
???: lord Ares... The alien is approaching.
Ares: thank you Ruby. That would be all
Ruby bows before whispering under her breath.
Ruby: *whispering* one day...
Ares prepares himself as he hears a voice in his head
???: ...what did you do. WHAT DID YOU DO?
Ares: you don't need to yell.
The scene changes into the inside of Ares mind
Ares; I can hear you just fine
He turns to the figure behind him, revealing a brown haired man with a jacket and a hole on his chest
Ares: Matt Kingman
