That is how I are. Anyway, almost suffocated in hot sauce today. I noticed it would fit into where my filter goes on my gas mask and accidentally had the mask too tight. So that was fun

What model is your mask? The ‘nigh suffocation’ would make sense if it was a Russian GP5 as it sticks to skin and is rubber, but others would’ve been easy to get off

BEM-4GP. Rubber and plastic and easy to tighten way too much without realizing.
