Wood will melt in a vacuum due to it not being able to burn
That MIGHT work with bread but probably not since it's weaker and has more air holes

Bread would combust, and turn into a lava rock like carbon brick, and some other chemicals. I would heat it up to around 4000 degrees Celsius just to be safe
