For clarity, many people who were born intersex had surgeries performed on them while they were babies so their genitals were identifiable as male or female. Gender-assignment surgeries for trans people, on the other hand, are always done with consent and almost always done on people over the age of 18.

An infant child can’t enter into consensual or non consensual agreements. They are infants and they depend on sane parents to make choices in their best interests.

Who are you to decide that?

They don't fix a health problem and are only there so the parents can force their child to conform to either male or female. That's not a reason to have somebody else genitals modified.
