In Brazil, oddly enough we had our version of Chuck E. Cheese. The place was opened in 1993 in Barra da Tijuca, Rio de Janeiro. The place offered food, a playground, an arcade and a band with animatronic characters. Unfortunately, it closed around 2000, when a fire was heard in the kitchen at midnight. The deal was done by 2 men, a Brazilian and an American. They really wanted to bring in Chuck E. Cheese. But as it was expensive, they decided to make Chico Cheese. The animatronics weren't made by them. Two were from the "Ducth Wonderland" park and the other was from the "Daniel and Dixie Diggers" member. Don't judge me for being Brazilian and our culture. Not everything you have, we have. This goes for you too. It might even be funny to have one here, but Brazil is a country that has never focused on this.
