Something with 2 heads is escaping from behind a wall deep inside the basement and his name is Orthrus

If no one knows, Orthrus was a two headed dog with a snake tail in Greek mythology

If anyone was wondering, the head with blue eyes has only one eye because the other eye was lost in the battle that caused Orthrus to get stuck behind a wall in the basement.
