Dude...he was given the best medical care imaginable. Furthermore, the fact that he's a Living Breathing Pinata(made of candy) also means that he basically has no organs that are mentioned, and even if he did, those could be repaired with ease

Still doesn't change the fact he died, he got cancer of the stomach from how Wheatley exploded it.

I never made it clear that he would get cancer. Besides, if he had cancer, that would be a slow death. He'd have a long way to go before he died. Also, there's that one time where he risked his life to f**k a meteor over

Rapid cancer:

Rapid Cancer does not exist. Now granted, there are 3 types of cancer. There's types that don't move or grow much at all(never require treatment), then, there's Slow Cancer, which can be detected, but usually doesn't impact you. Aggressive Cancer is a real problem, but Pretztail can't be diagnosed with nor can develop any type of cancer, because I'll reitterate: HE'S A LIVING PINATA.
