if your adding the same cards then in the game officer with ability reset middle ability cant reset other oficers middle ablility

for the officer there is a card that replaces their middle ability with one that refreshes all freindly units abilitys and gives all abilitys a shorter cooldown. with one exeption the middle ability of an officer that refreshes abilitys. just a funky interaction, and ballenced

how i know. i played it ligit yesterday for several days in a row
and reduced colldowns ability reset and jammer are an overpowerd combo maiming and sblinding all enemys
