Info:Charles is first seen in chapter 2, Welcome to the cartoon world. She sees Flynn and reconizes him and says hello. Flynn asks her where the hell he is and she explains where he is and how he ended up in a different universe. She can help Flynn find Radio Stations by telling him to search areas of the town/city he's in. she can be found only in the Cartoon World Levels. she sells radio station manuals that tell you the codes to finding radio stations to listen to in the game.
she can be played as in multiplayer.
