We’re still waiting for an end update

the last one was eight years back but it doesn't seem that old for some reason

The one im talking about is the update that revamps the end (like the nether update)

1.9 was 7 years ago. (it was also mostly about combat, not the end)

also, the end feels very, very empty with 1 structure, 3 mobs, and 11 blocks (and 7 of those blocks are variations of others)

there were 2 structures, because they had the end cities and end ships. the end cities are huge and you're bound to find some loot, also they added chorus fruit, purpur stone and bricks, shulkers and a bunch of other stuff. i think you are underestimating how much was actually put in. the end does not feel empty once you get to the end city, there will be at least four towers there

the end cities are few and far between, of course there's gonna be loot, but just like the end cities, they are few and and far between, end ships are considered parts of the end city, sure purpur has 4 variants, but compared to other stones like prismarine, it's very limited, and i think you're underestimating how long ago was that update, it was 7 years ago. February 29th 2016. 2883 days ago. we are looking for a 1.16 styled update, we want a overhaul like what they did to the nether.
