I'm pretty sure as a person with over 5500 followers they won't remember every single one of them but that doesn't mean they don't care.
Everyone has their fall outs and most of them are caused by misunderstandings. I'm sure he cares. Plus being a big user is really stressing and having a lot of people with so much expectations for your every move isn't the best. You get tired and you forget about a lot of people you once had a fallout with. I'm sure he cares about you but he's just really sincerely tired.
