We are indeed. Another factor that can prove this is that most predators HAVE to be intelligent. If you look at a lion, a tiger, a bear, a chimpanzee or an eagle, all of them are intelligent. Why? Because they need to be if they want to outsmart prey. Whether it is knowing how to cooperate with others, making tools, leading prey certain places, or baiting them. Humans are designed to be predators with their intelligence, and that is what they are. Just tell me, what predators can be seen eating mostly plant-based food in their diet and be out of shape? If you think of the bear, which eats berries and ferns at certain points of the year, they do that on purpose so they gain warmth for their hibernation cycle. When they are not prepping for hibernation, they eat fish and other wild animals, not plants. As you can tell, the reason why humans have weight issues roots from our intake of sugars, carbohydrates and other nutrients found in plants. For example, the potato has a ton of carbohydrates in them, yet you see people eat them all the time! Then you wonder why people are overweight, in combination with the fact we do not typically exercise if we do not need to, unlike EVERY OTHER ANIMAL.
