Fnaf 2.
In my opinion FNAF 2 is the best. the new games are really getting worse and losing the element of horror. For example, fnaf VR 2 in my opinion really kinda defeats the point of fnaf being a horror game.
I get that the new games (Steel Wool games) might be like this because of the lore, but the gameplay is what I base my favorite fnaf game on, not the lore significance. fnaf SB was decent, fnaf AR was really good, VR 1 was pretty good, better than SB and AR. fnaf VR 2 just put jumpscares in completely not scary games, like coloring a "paint by number" style picture. fnaf 1-6 are the best. especially 2.
(it is still fun to watch Markiplier play though)
