So basically I’m gonna have about 5-10 people give me their ocs, I’m gonna try to make pixel art of the character and make a battle stance for them against Terry Bogard. I’m gonna start with 5 people and if I have enough motivation I might do more.
No rules for what you can submit but digital art is more likely to be included.
