"Sixty-five percent, or almost a full two thirds of Americans say it is “very accurate” or “somewhat accurate” to describe the Biden-made crisis at the U.S. border as an “invasion” of the United States.
Asked, “How accurate is it to describe the current situation with migrants at the border with Mexico as an “invasion” of the United States?” just 31 percent said it was not accurate. The numbers are even more stark when broken down into constituent voting groups.
70 percent of 18-39 year olds described “invasion” as accurate, with just 27 percent in disagreement;
74 percent of Black Americans described “invasion” as accurate, with 60 percent of whites, and 73 percent “other” agreeing;
55 percent of Democrats described “invasion” as accurate, with 80 percent of Republicans, and 60 percent “other” agreeing;
Just 27 percent of self-identifying “liberals” described “invasion” as accurate, with 77 percent of conservatives and 60 percent of moderates in agreement."
