There are detransitioners and there are ppl who try to silence them especially since the pharmaceutical companies make zillions off the trans community bc they pretty much are on hormones for life. If ppl start detransitioning or not transitioning in the first place, it will cost them a lot of money, so they spend a lot to make sure the information is silenced, or they'll just call it "transphobic".
Which I don't think is actually transphobia, because if you're trying to warn ppl not to get stuck on body-altering hormones that are going to complicate their health (I've seen members of the trans community who are still trans right now say that they're now susceptible to get many diseases like cancer), I don't think it's hate to try to protect people from that. What I do think is hate is to sell this stuff as "finding your true identity" and being cool, and not warning them about any of this. I've seen trans ppl complain about this on tiktok of all places
