How do I find a good background

How do you find yours?

I generally like picking certain contrasting colors
Black and white are obvious ofc
I like to make it so that the shadow / outline is the color that contrasts with the background, and the fill in for lettering is the same color

As for background it will be in most images to use, so its a matter of looking for ones with the right colors if we following a scheme

backgrounds get darker further down
so first would be predominantly light blue, second would be dark blue, etc

mid color for middle
dark color for lower
