This is true, natural honey is well preservable because it has such a low water content while being really condensed.

However, store-bought honey meets a different fate (they add things to it)

A quick way to check if honey is pure is to put a small amount on a plate or in a bowl, put a small amount of water, and slowly move the water around. If natural, it should make the faint shape of a honeycomb.

a man found a beer crate (?) from the ancient sumerians. it is still drinkable however it would probably be too strong for most people after the yeast and how long it is
