No it's still nine.
Parentheses, Exponents, Multiplication, Division, Addition, subtraction.
First you do 1+2, which equals 3.
Then you go left to right, so division comes first, so it's 6÷2, which is three.
Three times three is nine.
Just cause in Pemdas, it says multiplication comes first, it doesn't, it's which ever comes left to right, except multiplication and division will always come first before addition and subtraction.
