I realized that you were talking about custom icons. My point mostly stands because custom icons are very simple, so it's much harder to violate the Terms. Imgflip can blacklist any specific icon pattern that resembles inappropriate images, such as Nazi imagery.

I used an Unicode character that glitched in Chrome due to programming errors In Google's part.

The glitch is that there are multiple characters, but it renders as a single character when copying it.
