Oh holy fuçk- I had a dream I opened a bakery with Shadow- (it was awesome)

First things first.
Don't take dreams too seriously
I literally had a dream where they put me (a high schooler) in charge of defending our base against a giant sea monster
If you are looking to lucid dream there are some great YouTube videos out there that can help
What you experienced there is called a lucid nightmare
I've had them before and they are some of the most disturbing experiences you can have.
One method I've heard of is when you are in the lucid nightmare. Draw a circle around yourself. And believe it will protect you. Then close your eyes and imagine the dream you want to be in. Or imagine a portal to that dream. When you open your eyes it should be there

Right. But the reason I wrote this is because this one video I watched reminded me of it.

My nightmares are usually me being chased. Recently, the thing that chases me is myself. It always is shouting about how much it hates me.

That usually means something about yourself

Then it's probably either caused by my depression, constant gender disphoria, paranoia, or suicidal thoughts

Tea is good
As is listening to music as you read, draw, whatever else you prefer to do

Oh. Tea sounds lovely then. I'm pretty sure I have some nice Persian tea somewhere around my house.

Then go make that and enjoy yourself
