modern family guy is so mid; -useless side plot that goes on for 10 minutes
-suddenly something happens that transitions the show to the real plot
-every serious scene is followed up my some useless gag that shows that the writers don’t take their show seriously
-the plot gets resolved within the last 5 minutes
-there could have been more time to stretch out the plot if the opening side-plot wasn’t so long bro
