I'm so gratful that you were able to come back despite the health issues. I understand what it's like to struggle with your health. I go through it every day. I'm struggling with mental AND physical health. I'm autistic, I have ADHD, depression, and I lost a little brother, also, I have extra wrist bones that cause intense agony every hour and a shoulder blade that has decided it doesn't want to work right anymore.
