I’m a horrible therapist so I may make things worse by saying this.
Hey, look up. You have things to look forward to. You’ll make new friends. Right now, try to be online the least amount possible. Draw, listen to music, call some friends, take some walks. You NEED IT. And don’t tell me “my parents won’t allow me to take walks” well, actually talk to them about what you’re going through and I’m sure they will understand. Try to stay off of social media’s, like here or YouTube. Pinterest and character ai are fine, but try not to have too much screen time. You need some fresh air. We love you so much and support everything you do (except if it’s harmful) make sure you drink enough water and eat at least three meals a day. Take showers too. :)
