Ok well I had a horrifying one that inspired me enough to make me really want to make an analog horror.

Here's one of the creatures

The ampher is a tall, slim Humanoid uncanny creature that dwells in caves and dark areas,
It usually lives in popular tourist destination caves where it can get it's meal.
It lures humans into the part of the cave it lives in by releasing a gaseous chemical that makes the victim hallucinate and think they're following the guide tourist.
That's when it injects a gene-modifying toxin that slowly turns the human into a green amphibian-like creature resembling a frog with short stubby legs.
The reason it does this is so the creature can preserve it by putting it in cold areas and that way it freezes so it can still have fresh meat (frogs can survive being frozen).

INCONCEIVABLE

There's also a species of dry tall grass that sucks your blood out with thorns 👍

There's also a crab that snatches anything it sees that moves except for other crustaceans (if it's an animal) and eats their eyes.
There has been incidents of kids and teenagers getting caught by the giant crab.

Also there's a new explanation for why you see people in the corner of your vision and why you see creatures when you see there's a "normal pile of objects" in the dark.

Both will kill you but I'm getting the shadeshifter some space.

The shadeshifter disguises as a random pile of objects in your room, essentially like a ditto, but it wants flesh.
