IMPORTANT NOTE (Applies to ANY Pokémon transferred to a newer generation game): Pokémon CANNOT be transferred back to an earlier generation once brought to a newer one, except for Pokémon transferred from Gen 8 to Gen 9. These Pokémon CAN be transferred back to the previous generation.

No... Check the wiki. You'll find two versions of Silver. One's the ES canon. The other is this version.
