yeah i'll tell you
you have to go into the chasm under hyrule castle
then you have to look around a bit, but you should find an area (i think north east, but i dont really remember) with a few enemies there
around that area, you should be able to continue going down and just keep going, you should find the way soon enough
it is kinda hard to figure it out sometimes so you might just want to search a yt tutorial
