That is an option. Alternatively, you can add the Bolognese afterwards to give the consumer more control over the sauce-to-noodle ratio. The noodles with sauce mixed into them also generally hold less thermal energy than standalone sauce, making it easier for sauce added on top to melt cheese and keep the noodles warm.
