If possible, make sure your human has nothing to eat for 48 hours but plenty of water.
Hang upside down by the feet, bleed it out, then skin it to expose the meat for faster cooking. Then for the fun part:
Remove organs. Cut off limbs and head. Saw closely down both sides of the tailbone to remove the backbone in one piece.
For easier meat removal, cut into smaller pieces and boil for longer.
