I would say it's just average.

most of the characters are plain and sometimes the game design is bad
and I never actually finished the game because the checkpoints are way too spaced out.

I tried it on my phone but the buttons were barely working so I uninstalled it

Nah, it has like some characters from the TV show (Like Glenn, Jesus, and Hershel Greene) but it's its own show, there are 4 seasons and its pretty lengthy, but its an awesome telltale game

I only watched the first season of the tv show and its been a while I dont rember

you dont have to watch the TV series, its its own stand alone series with its own story, it just take a few characters from the TV shows as sort of an easter egg

Cause it’s a story mode game it doesn’t have the best gameplay but the story alone is pretty good

GTA is a story mode game too but it has pretty fun gameplay
