The Dastardly Dems used to love Musk and Tesla & electric vehicles were key to their beloved Green Wet Dream.
Elon Musk is one of the few people in the universe who can tell the truth, be widely quoted and not have the Left-sing media attempt to cancel him immediately, although I’m sure they will get around to it.
In fact, Musk is right.
There was a time when Democrats put a lot of effort into pretending to “care” about people, and to support policies that were good for them.
Some people may have actually believed that the policies, such as endless welfare support without the requirement of having to work or attend classes was a good thing. Or not allowing women to receive welfare if a man lived with them.
That was a long time ago,
Now, the emphasis of the Democratic Party has shifted to Identity Politics, which advocates for a Marxist form of racism. It’s a chilling and alienating viewpoint, emphasizing the differences between people based on external characteristics and encouraging everyone to hate people who are different from them.
This happened as the Democrats moved Left and joined the radical Leftists whose policies included spending immense sums — far beyond what the US actually has access to — on Climate Change policies, like the “New Green Deal”. The real focus of these policies is to remake the US, as well as the rest of the world, into a very large central world government in charge of every aspect of every country.
Musk was right — the Democratic Party is now baldly concerned with power and control, not compassion, not even pretend compassion for the worst off in society, who will certainly become far worse off if they succeed in their designs.
