Apparently he said on Twitter that some car companies that PRC made the in-game vehicles are mad because they made the exact same models, just a different name for the brand. I think those car companies may be wanting a lawsuit, and they definitely want ER:LC deleted from Roblox. The PRC developers are now currently working on making fictional vehicles, some EV (electric vehicles) and some gas. If they are making EVs, we could expect to see electric charging stations around the map... if the developers can save ER:LC from being deleted. As of right now, for all of your safety, until we can get confirmation from the developers on Twitter, I would not like anyone on the server, including me. I will not be on the server because since there are so many players on ER:LC on a public server, that could be dangerous and the car companies could sue the players, too. I'm not saying that WILL happen, I just do not want ANYONE on the server to prevent you from getting potentially sued. And as mentioned, until the PRC community can confirm ER:LC will not be deleted and the potential lawsuit is dropped, I am making the server not publicly available anymore. The liveries will also most likely be deleted, but most likely only FD, according to OMB. I wanted to spill it out to everyone. I will have the head admin make it not accessible by the public when we can.
A new code will also be generated to prevent anyone from entering. Tettix will no longer be the code until the potential lawsuit is dropped. No, I will not tell ANYONE the code except for the head admin. Not even admins. Code Tettix will be the code after we can confirm that ER:LC has been saved.
