plot:takes place during the events of the main game. focuses on Wilson Jules Impsly and his old friend Howard Makarov Baron. who are currently being hunted by police and Red Kobra. They have a task. to escape their hunters and make it to the City of toons to help the SCD in the battle.
gameplay:same as main game. but more open world. survival and stealth is the key to beating this DLC.
